The Frères Marchand restaurant is a restaurant with an original and unique concept. Delight your taste buds through five distinct atmospheres. The Winstub offers traditional cuisines from Alsace and Lorraine. The Library, formerly known as Léz’Art, is cozy and refined. The Winter Garden is bright and contemporary. The Cheese Bar is indulgent and original. And finally, the Lounge, where you can relax as if youre at home!

What about the kitchen?
In the kitchen, the Frères Marchand prepare local dishes that are both traditional and inventive. Allow yourself to be tempted by generous Lorraine and Alsatian specialties, to be enjoyed in one of the five atmospheres of the house. We especially love the Flammenküches, the braised Wadele, and the Gros Lorrain salad gratinated on grated potatoes.
